I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist certified in Perinatal Mental Health passionate about supporting women through the physical, emotional, and social changes that occur throughout our reproductive life cycle. My goal is to help you gain a better understanding of how to adapt and cope with these changes, and find yourself as you evolve.
